Dumpster Diving for $1500 Worth Hallmark Christmas Cards & Ornaments!! - Walgreens After the Holiday

Hello Everyone! Here's a video showcasing my Walgreens Dumpster Haul from last Thursday. As I anticipated, after Christmas they throw out a butt ton of stuff - and here's a small sampling of it. In total, there were 3 large trashbags full of unopened packs of $10 Hallmark Christmas Cards, and 1 bag of Hallmark ornaments worth $9 a piece. Everything adds up to around $1500 worth of perfectly good, full unopened season holiday merchandise thrown out. This store gets some of the fanciest Hallmark product that I've seen (year round), and a whole lot of it gets thrown away, sadly. All of this could easily be saved for next year - there's no reason to trash and of it at all. I may look into selling this stuff, as even though I don't sell anything very often, these may have potential in batches. Maybe even a retail thrift shop. Otherwise, they will be donated, and I will keep just a few boxes of cards to send out to everybody that I can think of next year haha. Oh wow, what a complete waste, this shop throwing this out. They could easily have a sale: like buy 3 , pay for 1. The shops here( the Netherlands) usually do this in the weeks after Christmas/New Year's. it works,. I get my Christmas cards this way.😏
