Hey Mike. Those"ladders" are ceiling(sp) runs for wires. So they don't lày in drop or in insulation. They also use them to run wires between computer racks.

I have watched all your videos and some of them really make me laugh and I have to say that you shouting out what you have found I have noticed that I watch other videos and they are cleaning out storage lockers and they are throwing metal I yell at the TV and say give it Mike he knows what to do with it.
