In that first dumpster, it looks like rolls of copper tape. My wife makes stained glass, and that can be used to wrap around the glass pieces. Then you solder them them together, and the solder sticks to the copper while it wouldn't stick to the glass itself. Leader channels can be used as well, but if you want to do small pieces or especially curved pieces, copper tape is the way to go

I think the tape is Kapton by looking at the color. It does look close to the color of copper, just a bit different though.

2:47 Thats called Kapton tape. Its used when you are applying heat to a PCB (Printed Circuit board) to remove components so those dont get damaged. Its essentially heat resistant tape.

Hey Mike! That trailer hitch thing. You might be able to attach those hooks on your truck or side rails. That way you don’t always have to pull out a strap to tie things down. Those sorry bastidges at jury duty!
