Hi Katie thanks so much for watching 🥰 the BBW score was from their sale they had recently so that's why there were so many ! And yes we love to donate things we find plus I can't keep everything just because I will get overloaded and become a hoarder lol although I am hoarding ALOT right now until it gets warmer for garage sale season. There are families out there right now that can't afford clothes or treats and toys for there children and these stores have the nerve to throw all of that perfectly good items in the trash how sinful I'm a dumpster diver myself and do it when I can I have donated alot of brand new items to the needy I get so upset when I see all that stuff that is good in the dumpster thank u for doing what you do I know u donate has well thumbs up for that God bless u and your family

It so sad when stores would rather trash than do something good in their name . Yet it is up to us dumpster divers to return the blessings we get . Nooooo you should venture out and try it's so thrilling when you score ! I used to be chicken 💩 to dive during the daytime but it's so much fun and I find better stuff daytime then I do evening ☺️ you can do it !!!!!

Nah the worst thing that can happen is they ask you to not return . They can get you trespassed against coming back on their property but that's HIGHLY unlikely to happen. First a cop has to give you a warning that you are to not trespass there again . Then if your caught again you can get a ticket. But I've been doing this 7+ years I've had 0 issues and never have had a trespassing order against me. I have had employees come out and tell me you can't be doing that and you need to leave. Which I then just leave and come back at a different time 🥱

When you get just one shoe, they can be donated for amputees or other individuals who need them.

@@dumpsterbabe_86 My fiance was an amputee (hes unfortunately passed away now) 😔 but many amputees can't for one reason or another wear a false limb, im in the UK England and so can't advise/tell you where to donate over there but over here we used to donate the spare shoes my partner couldnt wear to either a veteran's centre or a diabetic unit as manyy diabetics lose a limb, Hope this information helps!!! What a great B&B score! I dumpster dive alot at Bath & Bodyworks and this is my process for storing broken candles that work for me. wearing gloves I use a small hammer to get the glass off then I use napkins to wipe those candles, because the little pieces of glass can be all over them. I then use “Press & Seal Wrap” to wrap the candles up and use a permanent marker to write the scent of the candle on the wrap. If you can get a candle that isn’t broken, once that burns down the other candles will just fit right in it. Again great score 👍

Yesss I love when I find glass that ISN'T BROKE. I usually have my gloves but left them in my other vehicle that day , I was disappointed I left them behind! But great tips for the wrapping the candles up ! I think I'm going to melt some down for some wax melts , have you ever made wax melts out of them ?

Actually, no, I’ve never made wax melts I used to burn wax melts all the time but I have so many B&B candles I hardly use them. I would like you to start using them. How do you do the wax melts?

I get little ice tray looking molds , melt down the candle and just pour into the trays and place in the freezer to harden . I'm trying to find other ways that are less messy haha 😂

What a great score. Do you ever have any problems with bath and body works employees telling you to leave, or did you ask them if was ok. I'm just wondering because I want to go there and see what they threw away. I just didn't know if it was easier to ask them or to just go for it

Girl never ask, they will tell you no . Their job is to destroy items . Just be quick when looking but as thorough as possible at the same time . Act as a ninja on a mission, in and out 😂. When I have had employee encounters, they will either tell me I can't do that and ask me to leave OR throw away items as usual and not really care what you're doing.

I usually go to one dumpster, show what I find and then move on to another store . I don't ever show the driving to and from another location just the dumpsters and what I get from the dumpster .
