I just started last night and went again this morning before the sun came up. I kept getting caught! And asked to stay out of their dumpsters. 😒 And I'm certain going on a Monday morning wasn't the brightest decision, lol. The trash trucks didn't run all weekend, so they were out heavy this morning! I felt like I was always right behind them!! 😁

Wonderful! So glad you guys are going! Every city is so different (and every store and every employee! LOL) so just try not to get noticed (or they’ll lock up or destroy stuff). Definitely avoid the employee arrival and busiest times. Most divers go at night after the store closes and the last of the trash is taken out....we like to sleep at night and we like to see and it’s safer during the day so it’s a risk but for the most part it’s fairly undetected. Good luck you guys! Hope you find amazing jackpots! ❤️

When I was a kid, I'm talking like 50 years ago and a dish used come in oatmeal and detergent boxes. I remember some of the being an amber color and it seems like some were like these little burgundy dishes that you just found. I'm sure that today these dishes would have good value.

Ditto! Today is my first day diving. I got caught right away, before the sun came up, at Bath & Body Works. And now after being out 4 maybe 3 hours driving all over my city I think I just realized how Rookie of a mistake I made! Today is Monday! The city doesn't pick up trash on Saturday or Sunday oh, so they're hitting everywhere this morning! And I feel like I'm right behind them every time!! I need to get the city's pick-up schedule asap! 😁

When we first started we went every day and kept a log of the day and time and dumpster condition! That really helped! But...it’s so random we feel! LOL there seems to be no pattern for most stores! The best thing to know is when the dumpsters pick up and don’t go then-the day before is usually good. But it sounds like you’ve got a bunch of seasoned divers that know the schedules so that makes it hard! It’s gonna be hit or miss because even if they just checked them...there’s always trash that can be take out right after so you never know! Make notes and keep a log. ❤️ try different times of the night or day too! Also branch out to other areas maybe the ones near you are busy with divers but others aren’t? 🤞🏼

Wear gloves, buy a decent grabber, keep sanitizer on you. I personally go when the stores are closed. Try and workout when the bins are emptied. Never get in the dumpster when you are on your own. Be cautious of broken glass, toxic waste and germs. Tell someone you are going. It's like a blind date anything could happen.
