In Australia we have a charity called Oz Harvest and they have an agreement with the big food shops that they will take fresh produce which is being taken from the shelves and distribute it to those in need through foid banks. Saves all that produce going in the dumpsters and people get fresh food.

As long as it doesn't say no trespassing, you should be fine . I've had police show up on me but most of the time they are just curious as to what you are doing. I had a cop pull up when I was INSIDE a dumpster lol . He just said it was strange seeing someone in a dumpster lol I showed him what I was pulling out and he was shocked! He let me continue and he went on about his way that night ☺️

Aww thanks , we had a fire YEARS ago and lost everything in the apartment. So we've experienced first hand having just the clothes on our backs ! Although it was temporary, we did get help from others when needed so it's always good to give back in ANYWAY possible . Thanks for watching 🥰

Literally everything except the clothes on my back, so because of that traumatic event I've known what it was like for people to be able to help me firsthand. And since we got help when we needed it I feel like it is my duty to just help others. 🥰

I have always been a giver which led me to become a nurse so I found it difficult to accept help after the fire. My friends were there and got pushy about letting them help us. Oh we sound alike ! My daughter was also in the NICU/Picu for SEVERAL months (9) born with omphalocele (organs out side her abdominal wall) and I'm then DAME exact way about receiving help hahah I don't take it very well but I LOVE helping others . I had a baby 2 months ago it was so awkward for me to receive gifts instead of giving them out to people!!!

Because I could only take so much , I know other divers that hit that area and when thinking about people that need food I think they would prefer chips over a dip anyday .

Completely agree Lisa, we donated them anyways I'm sure someone can find some use. I would see some but I'm not that great at that and too time consuming so we did the next best thing donated for someone to use if they wish 🤗 thanks for watching 🥰
