sometimes you need to let people know how much they impact your daily life because if you don't they won't have any idea how much their hard work and positive personality means to you. So Mike just wanted to let you know that I look forward to your videos and always smile when I get a new one. Sick in bed from chemo with little to no energy or strength. Watching your videos actually makes me smile every time. when I was young I recycled carpet foam pad and scrap metal for extra money. Your hard work, work ethics and positive attitude reminds me of me back then. thanks for bringing laughter into my days!

dont know about over there but in the UK most skips are gone through at the depots after being picked up and any recyclable items are removed saves a lot of landfill

i used to work security at a canning factory. there were so many bolds and screws and pieces of metal over 80 percent of that property. you might call one and ask if they need magneting @17:46 ASUS is usually computer parts and such

Latham items are for time cards. Look for the time punch when you see them. Steam Punk, Mid Modern, Nuke Age, and others are interested in them for the slots. Great for mail, and such. Thanks, Mike for your attitude, I have seen every video you have done now!

Those little straps in dumpster number two are called " 1/8",2" hot rolled mild steel bar stock. Pretty much everything is made out of it in most metal shops.(I used tons of it in the shop when I was doing fabrication work.)

Big open top at 12:30 is all medical stuff. The thing with wheels is a COW (computer on wheels) and the Medtronic unit in the case is a gadget to read and program pacemakers and defibrillators. It’s an old model that probably wouldn’t be useful anymore. Go back to that one. There’s probably gonnna be a medical office gutted and you can get all their lights!

Them capacitors vary to the equipment that uses it, many type of motors use different size capacitors, the thing you called switch is actually a contactor, don’t get rid of it you’ll need one in the future for your condenser. You can open your service panel to your condenser match up the numbers and you’ve saved yourself a call out fee and labor. They’re about $20.00 each

The long skinny boxes with slots...Latham...are time card boxes. Bright back memories of a first job and then some later on. Those held the time cards which you slid into a time clock to punch in and out. Guess those are now a thing of the past now with electronic and digital and computerized record keeping.

The wife has 2 spinal cord stimulators, made by Medtronic. They program 3 settings the user can switch between with that box you found. They work like a 10’s unit only are permanently installed.
