Are the truck drivers crazy, blind or afraid of the dark. tinted windows completely dark, lamps so that there is minimal visibility through the windscreen. what are they thinking .It is definitely not security

The area just in front of a truck is critical because driver can't see there, so pedestrians are at risk. And these drivers install lights there so visibility is even more reduced.
