I was never really drawn to dwarves or gnomes to actually play, but Dun Morogh was always one of my favorite zones. I remember more than 20 years ago, WoW's marketing website had tiny little snippets of the soundtracks for each zone. As a like 10-11 year old, I listened to Dun Morogh's soundtrack and practically cried with excitement over the upcoming game.

yea the game engine is over 20 years old. I know this is an unpopular opinion but i would love it if they made wow 2. The game can be run on a 99 cent calculator. awesome cinematic by the way.

Course, the entire point of that (and what other MMOs consistently missed) is it's always been a Blizz thing to have their games be able to run on even the most low-end system. Which is why even on its worst day, WoW still has millions more players than any other MMO apart from FFXIV, which does the same thing. Accessibility is kinda important.

Kind of depends how it would look because i sure as hell wouldn't want wow to look like generic unreal more lifelike over how wow has always looked. Personally i hate more "real" looking mmo's as to me they all blend into one colourless pile

I think your other works were better. This one doesnt capture the landscape as good as the other ones like the eversong woods with the belf looking over a whole valley or the first shot of the Tauren one which is breathtaking. I think you should focus less on the caracters and more on recognizable landscapes. IF from the inside would have been amazing. The troggs digsite. Kharanos town, maybe a little bit of loch modan

I agree. This one wasn't as high-quality as the others for some reason, but it's still strong. It's much better than other AI offerings. To me, these aren't meant to be ultra-realistic depictions but rather dreamlike portrayals, hence the shifting and hazy models and environments.

yeah and the mix between cartoonish characters and realistic ones, like gnomes compared to dwarves, is really weird. Also the animals being like high def WoW mobs instead of being realistic, but yetis and troggs are amazing, trolls are... too sexy. You either go realistic or cartoonish not both, it breaks the immersion.

those Frostmane Trolls are the Easten Kingdoms equivalent to the Shatterspear tribe at the northern tip of Darkshore. Both completly cut off and unattached to the greater tribes of their subcontinent.
