He was going to help K regardless as before this BBMC was stocking up for tomorrow. The thing to understand with Dundee now is that he is all about giving people a chance as he feels that many did not give him a chance in the past. Max gave him his word so he wanted to try but what Max did proved to Dee he was a liar. Regardless, Dee and BBMC planned to back K and CG at the court hearing.

Was not about not wanting to help CG which is why he was quick to say he would be there cause he trusts K. Before Max showed he was lying to Dundee, BBMC was already working with Pigeon and others to gear up and get ready for tomorrow to back CG. While doing so this situation happened which for Dundee proved that Max is not to be trusted at all.
