Very nice family. My cousin worked for the Osmonds. When my mom passed away, Jimmy sent our family a touching condolence letter. God Bless Them!

I have 3 children, and really wished I had more...children and family are the best. I am so impressed by the Osmond family, and the history behind them..they really were in the heart of entertainment when it was really raw and beautiful.

Regardless of faith, I firmly believe that a foundation of a good and decent society starts with the family, to which the Osmonds have demonstrated the power of a loving family.

Olive and George did not listen to the doctors..they had faith in God and put it in his hands. Thank God they did not listen to the doctors.. or we'd never know this wonderful, multi talented family. Thanks for sharing!

How could you afford 9 kids? One child was enough financial, emotional and physical responsibility, for me and my son was very good too!!

My cousin married one. Their religion is odd. She never told me odd things but my brothers did. They were best friends with Barry, her husband. He told them of secret rituals in the church and about a magic underpants. The husband wears it on his head, when compulating with his wife. My relatives are good, decent people though. My cousin was raised as a Catholic though. Oh, they also think black skinned people are evil. They believe in planets too. I watched a cartoon about Mormonism. It's odd to me. Google - you tube cartoon about Mormonism.

Susan Murdock Everything I've heard about him is that he was demanding as all hell. I guess the brothers, tho they liked preforming, were pushed super hard by him. How could they not resent him. Growing up I had a religion pushed on me so as i got to be an adult i turned my back on all religion. Mormons, imo, are odd ...very ODD.

they've said that yes their dad was using hard dosipline but you know,at least they stayed off the streets, none of them did drugs or made any girl pregnant before they married. I must say I loved the way they raised their kids, they wanted to feel like a close family, while the kids were somewhat small. I'm sure they had more fun than most of us,and they were together all the time. I admire that.

Discipline was a big thing years ago, kids were more respectful, hardly heard of the crap u hear these days that kids do. Now you can't discipline because you'll be told its abuse, which is more than ridiculous. Kids need discipline!!!

@@mrsTraveller64 It is not good to have children and make them work because you don´t have money to support them.
