Palace. The one on Harkonen's side is pretty annoying - regularly firing a missile at your base and you can't defend against. The only thing you can do is to get a MCV (the crane vehicle) and build a backup base at least 4 tiles away from the original base.
Other than that the battle is quite similar to the previous level.
