Notwithstanding the over-stuffed nature of the bag, you can probably make the zip run easier with a regular spray of WD40 Silicon, Works a treat on my Dune roll-out awning.

Yeah i used some of that ezy-glide stuff made it work a bit better than did before. May need another spray though
