I loved this season! Just like with the Villeneuve films, we have a divisive fandom. I'm in the camp that had a lot of fun, enjoyed the story/acting/and just being in the Dune-iverse, and am looking forward to season 2!

ixian for sure, one of the great houses scheming for the throne and desmond is there guy to get them there..erasmus or omnius would not risk to show up that early after there defeat knowing they will get smashed again. remember frank herbert suppose draft have the ixians as the main baddie for his sequel novels, but his son change it.

They still need to explain how Lyla's other version of her mother Dortea has knowledge of things like her own death. Other memory should only contain the knowlege passed on up tothe time of your own conception. Did they harvest her eggs after her death to preserve Raquella's prescient gene line with Lyla as the product?

I can just see a robot floating wherever this happens and then it picks up a sand worms poop and look there's Desmond's bones he goes beep beep and goes home , since she says the monster of that planet

These shadowy figures often pop up as a character we've already seen to a lesser extent. The revealing and his/her motivations are going to be interesting. I'm a make a tin-foil prediction and say it's Mother Superior Raquella.

The genetic planning scheme of the sisterhood would have made getting a genetic sample of an isolationist group like the Tilaxu a priority. I can easily see them running all kinds of plots to find a Tilaxu female. . .Spoilers!! we later learn why none of their women make it off planet (gruesome)

This show was made during the strikes. How about giving them some grace for producing a decent show that no one asked for. You all have bad shows ptsd, can't let anything grow. Not every show needs GoT comparisons.
