Dungeon Defenders: Awakened! The Forsaken Temple build

Just as a heads up this is how you can change the build if you struggle to beat the map: - On side cores use 2 ensnares to have a bigger slow area, since the strength drain aura is mainly for the AoE damage on killing enemies. - Use Guardian's Owls. They're still the most OP tower in the game. 6 owls on 2 overclocks per core should be enough.

Would you be able to show us how this is done, exactly? Need Dune Eater unlocked to get the stats you've used in this vid, so the build isn't useable as-is for those of us that want to unlock Dune Eater mode. Love your content otherwise, am going through the vids one-by-one :-)

I have used the exact same build when beating Forsaken Temple for the first time aside that I didn't have strength drain auras for my first clear. I can try finding another build but so far to my knowledge, this video contains a setup for the lowest stat clear build (aside that you'd use 2 ensnares rather than ensnare and str drain aura so you have the biggest possible slow field)

@@Zer0Zinga thanks for your reply! I did, indeed, manage to unlock dune eater mode with your tips. I used 5-6 owls on the sides with a harpoon facing either side of the crystal, along with 2 ensnares on each crystal. it was pretty darn smooth, no issues whatsoever. and I had fairly lowish stats too, would definitely recommend to others.

Considering DDA is being abandoned, I don't feel like putting more effort into making videos. I do honestly think I may make 1 or 2 more videos on how to be a god in DDA rather than these build videos, while blossoms and harpoons are good, Guardian Owls are currently the strongest towers in the game. The game is in a state right now that just doesn't click with me anymore, especially after the devs saying they'll focus on adding the promised Kickstarter features (splitscreen and cross save) and then ditching DDA for a new title; Plus the game is so extremely easy right now that making tutorials at all is just an insult to the community

BUILD DOES NOT WORK! As soon as the boss arrives the mobs just march right through the defenses. I have done exactly as the video says, set the towers to target strong enemies etc. Upgraded most everything to lvl 5... still does NOT work!
