Okay, guys. Step 1: Jump your character to level 74 instantly. And while you're doing that, increase any stats to unlimited on the way. Step 1. Take all your characters and reset skills. BTW, I am on PS3 playing. Okay take highest level hero and hit select and square to talk to shopkeeper. You want the level up screen and the shopkeeper to open at the same time. Now go to swap hero. Pick whoever needs to get to level 74 and hit triangle. That is to say view character info. Now hit circle twice to back out to the level up screen. You should see their name on the top of the page. Now you go and dump all the points into any stat you want. Okay, hero A is who you are spending points. And hero B is the hero you are viewing hero info. If hero B has 120 tower attack, you can NOT spend points there on Hero A. I recommend making a new hero that you will delete later and use him as Hero B. Once you spend all the points, close it, and repeat. I have raised stats up to 3000 each, and only quit because I got bored. When you do this, you must leave 3-4 stat areas at 0. So if you are doing tower defender, dump into that stat until you feel done. Then you back away from the shop and open level up screen. Dump your points into the 3-4 stats you didn't touch and you will be all good to go. This will reset when you quit the game. But you should be able to beat any stage easier now. Also, Hero B, should say level 90 now. Switch to that hero. Now go and equip all your level 90 gear, if you have any. Go to Insane+ or Nightmare map difficulty, but do not enter. Now go to shopkeeper and buy exp. You will get enough to auto jump to level 74. I tried Insane+ mode, and starting Ogres have like 14,000 hit points. Keep that in mind when using combat dummies to test your trap or weapon damage. Also got firing speed down to 0.14 or so on my defenses. Loving it! PS3 has no online mode, so basically I have to beat any stage by myself without help. You can do this to as many heroes as you want, and use all of them to beat stages.

@NotCasuals oh my.. 70 trap huntress, 70 aura monk, 69 tower apprentice, and a 38 tower squire.. I setup as you did with the huntress+monk, with the 3 spare DU i placed a MM tower just west of the heal/drain aura facing the center of those auras and just sat there with my squire.. I used his right-click block ability during the DEW spam, great defense, MM killed, I never died.. I got him up to lvl 49 when I finally got mobs past the defenses on wave 18. lot of super drops too! thanks!

@NotCasuals the difference between them is that their is no nightmare dificulty on console, their is no "spider" mobs, or mythical loot.

Even tho this is old, it's good. I've been trying to farm godly for the new builders I'm trying to level up. I have only a Summoner and Series EV at 70 and 71. My countess is at 40 now. (I had to restart my characters because I decided to start playing on Trendynet online ranked servers.)

i dont know if this works for pc but this works for pc 1.in a match drop your weapon (only on build mode) 2.next activate the crystal then get your weapon before it disapears 3.you get 2,000,000 mana this really works but get a sword you dont like because they disapear if your slow

Best way to get mana is the Assault Pack (if you own it) do it on hard you and start at part 1 end at part 3 without leaving midway and you get 4 mil mana and it only takes about 15 mins, if you can do insane (2+ Players) you get 9 mil mana and it takes about 15 mins still, maybe abit longer if you die. For this you need good items, health, damage and speed.

If you're monk has too much aura radius you won't be able to plop down the enrage aura, i solved the problem of the necros bunching there by dropping a Apprentice strike turret, the one that shoots beams of light not the missile one. The turret does enough damage to one-shot most enemies and it seems to prefer necros so as soon as they show up for that section it takes them out.

this worked i already tryed it out once on the xbox. becuz if you leave stuff on the ground you get mana for it. and if your fast enough u can stilll get it back

Still works great, one change I did was to put harpoon turrets to each side shooting into the side spawns and remove the read slow's and one electric aura, currently on L15 and its holding up... but my squire is pretty decent. I also put two harpoon turrets facing towards foward spawns and removed the rage and strength drain. It was backing up to much this seems to be ticking away pretty smothly.

@NotCasuals Ironicly i tried this and even now it still works, got up to wave 25 it is from what i can tell alot more annoying the warriors are hardly effected by the auras and traps. It's a damn decent way to get mana that is for sure. :)

Actually it still does give you unlimited build time on insane survival. Also, I've found by wave 20 I get a few small eggs and 1-2 gigantic (10m mana) eggs (Easter event)

great vid! i have a few questions do the monsters on PC have the same amount of hp as the console ones? since the towers on PC are wayyy stronger, do the PC monsters have more hp? for ex. the hp of ogres on insane, on PS3 , are around 500K is that the same for the PC insane ogres? my main point is, i try some PC tower set ups on console, but my towers never seem to last so i was thinking, the monsters on console & PC have the same hp, but since PC towers are stronger, they kill more & last?

Its also because Console doesn't have Nightmare difficulty and most PC tutorials you see are people absoultley decked out with all Nightmare equips and making towers a lot stronger and better

I switched from the console version to the PC version. Console is much harder. It does not have Nightmare Mode as there is current only the first 2 parts for the Lost Shards and there is currently no way to pre-order DLC via XBLA and I assume the same for PSN. In the PC version you can get your stats much higher faster than the console version and overall there is just much more to the game. If you can, get it via Steam and play it on the PC.

Engineer? Is that a DLC character? Sorry I'm a noob had the game for a week now not done with all the levels yet (stuck on Endless Spire) so I decided while I'm leveling up why not do a few trophies? (One of which picking up a Goldy weapon/ wearing all Godly equipment). Endless Spire even on easy is extremely difficult solo, I have a hard time watching all sides, which is why I created a new mage who levels damage on towers, and a new squire who only levels defense health, hoping this will help solve the issue of wave 8 having every defense destroyed haha I know I suck.
