like your take. and i agree, the illithid powers are imo one of the greatest downsides of the game. i avoided tadpoles in my first run out of fear for massiv negativ repercussions. and i was pretty shocked and disappointed to learn that they have no real consequences

Sorry, haven't watched all of the video yet, but I really wanted to say that the effort you've put into your builds is just perfect. Anyone can min/max a character with the best subclasses available, but you took the time to make it feel lore-friendly (the only way to play in my opinion.) which adds so much more to the build because you actually took the time to make it feel REAL. Thank you, and I hope you keep growing exponentially!
