The whole series has been great, but episode 14 is where the writing became awesome! My sisters, and I watched these every Saturday morning in the 80's, the same time I had discovered the game at a local book store. I begged my Mom to buy it for me, and she relented. My friends and I would play on the floor for hours, and I was dungeon master :) My favorite module was the Dragonlance one. Soon after, back In those days, overly zealous religious parents were freaking out over D&D. Anyone remember that propaganda film that came out in which the kid goes crazy after playing D&D? I am so happy I reconnected with this show, it brings back so many happy warm emotions.

Awesome episode! The Bear tribe was cute I will admit lol. Still, the main theme of it is loyalty. Shelia did judge Hank too quickly. Hank did what he had to do for Bobby's sake. She could not have known the circumstances. Still, he should have let them in on the plan even if he could not say it.

Although the Cloud Bears and the Ewoks were independent creations i'm pretty sure. The episode aired in 1984, just about a year after Return of the Jedi. At this time, lead time for cartoon production was just about a year, so though it's possible the Cloud Bears were based on the Ewoks, it's equally possible the two were a case of parallel creation.
