Shouldn't the fact that Wailin cast Lightning Bolt WHILE UNDERWATER cause it to do even more damage, considering how well water conducts electricity? Sara should have just had a pile of fresh calamari to deal with rather than a severely wounded octopus.

You think that's bad? Think about cone of cold and what effect that would have underwater. You can watch bolts of ice reaching from the underside of icebergs to the surface of the seabed below killing anything in the area that it touches.

Pretty sure the conductivity factor would actually dissipate the effect and cause it to also hurt everyone in the area. So instead of full damage on one target, perhaps 3/4 damage to everyone. And probably the most damage should go to the caster.

I'm surprised there's not a new rap episode. It has been a while. I think the way to go this time around is having the players, not characters, fight amongst each other and disband the group. The reason I see this working is because Sarah and Lance have been picking on each other a lot over their respective way to play DnD over several episodes.
