Great video and loving the hedgehog trail. We are always happy when somewhere is National Trust as its free for us too - quite a saving on family tickets. The house is in a lovely setting and the restaurant looks great and really spread out. Matt didn't seem too damaged from his tumble at least the grass looked nice and soft! I live not a million miles from Dunham Massey and used to run 5k races around the grounds a couple of times of year. There were always deer around but this was Summer. I haven't really toured the place so you showed a lot of places I haven't seen. The breakfast didn't seem too bad but skip the black pudding. Thanks for showing me parts I'd not checked out. It is a lovely spot for sure 👍

Nice to be out and about and bonus to enjoy brunch out 🙂This is a very nice garden/walkway for a family adventure. That is quite the structure (the stables) that was built in the early 1700's. Incredibly well constructed. The home is also beautiful from the outside. Did Matt trip over his shoe laces? lol 😂

I've been to Dunham Massey many times over the years. Though I've not gone inside the house each time that I've visited. The food used to be good, but over the last 10 years or so, it has been a bit hit or miss. Given how quiet the restaurant was when you were in there, there was no excuse for the food not to be 100% perfect. A lot though depends how good the kitchen staff are. Tatton Park is another good place to see deer, and is not too far away from Dunham Massey.
