I made these today, the battar was amazing and bhalla were really soft. just few alterations, I did add green chutni and salt and gound black pepper and gound zeera along with some chat masala in the yogurt and mixed it. then poured this mixture over the bhallas, garnished with chat masala and meethi imli chutni. wonderful PS: for the water to soak bhalla, use rather warm water, on the hotter side.
