Thank you for sharing this review! Quick question, for the VKTRY insoles how did the sizing for them fit on your pair when you inserted them into your basketball shoes? I’m trying to get some for my baseball cleats and wear a size 12 but the size I had to choose between was a 12-12.5 for VKTRY on their website so I haven’t pulled the trigger on my purchase yet since I don’t know if I should get the 11.5s instead in case they run big and will be a better fit in my cleats.

Nah the game day pros are amazing, and the regular game days are good as well, I would ask what type of hoop are you wearing because if your wearing some shitty hoop shoes, your not gonna get the best out of these insoles

Great review bro. I've only tried the MOVE Gameday, not the Pro version, nor have i tried VKTRY. The Gameday insole will upgrade your shoe and i can report that it will definitely help keep your knees and feet fresh and stable. I wouldn't weigh performance enhancement on an insole. I would weight it more on your shoe, but even that is a stretch. I think insoles should be rated on how fresh they keep your legs, and the Gameday's definitely get the job done. .

Exactly, I don’t know what kind of hoop shoes this guy is wearing because I put my game days in my Lebron 20s, Kobe 6s, and kd 16, it has upgraded the performance, plus it don’t even look like dude broke in the insoles yet 🤣

Yea exactly the pro is just slightly better than the OG game day IMO but u gotta break me in and let ‘em mold a bit and they start to feel 1to1 with your foot and favorite ball kicks and once that kicks in they feel awesome. Only cons are they can wear out a bit quicker

But do u think the sliver will be better for weight wise cause on the website it’s way lighter than the gold and they still increase ur vert by 1.5inch and I can get them for 79$ rn so should I get them or nah?

@@Tnmb4 if you have the money then they're probably fine. They wont increase your vert by 1.5in tho. Maybe .5in at the most. But if you have flat feet (pronated) I'd recommend getting the Pinnacle Maxx's for $50. I've been using those the past couple weeks and they feel really good for my flat feet. VKs dont offer a lot of arch support. I'll come out with a review of the Pinnacle's vs the VK Black's soon.

Yeah but it’s not gonna be a drastic difference. They’re not a cure. If you have foot pain you’re arches/feet are probably weak, you’re pressure distribution is probably impaired / have something wrong biomechanically like bad gait or running form (usually lost pronation or supination). And/or your shoes are just too small or big and probably don’t have good arch support for your foot type

Does the move insole increase the heel height?

A very tiny amount but it cradles around the heel in the shoe so it feels fine. Nothing that would cause heel slip

Like bro the soft part near the toe is so u can actually bend your feet/toes helping you jump while having the arch support vktry limits that its almost like making the sole if your shoe thicker because the sole of the shoe already limits how much you can bend your toes when jumping. I mean look at the thing in the video even though they might be older its just some hard carbon fiber slab at the bottom with no design arch support or anything whatsoever shit is a scam

@@tuckercarichner8897 it’s the opposite effect. The soft part absorbs & dissipates energy, carbon fiber returns it bc it’s stiff. The Move’s are comfy tho and they are better than the stock insole
