Dynosurs have neck, which gives them the advantage of flexibility of head and jaw to fight against fishes. Therefore it is very ulikely that dunkleosteus would come out as the winner.

.... i hope you know the dunky had a massive armored head. And it had the biggest biteforce next to a megalosaurus. Yes.. it would win against the relatively small headed plesiosauruses. The only thing they had over it is that they were verry fast and manoeverable. Wo they could escape it but not win in a fight
