They are making the Power 6 now. And i would go with 190 55 tire instaid. The 55 will have more curve and the bike will drop easier in the curves.

@Lc_Sebastian i would too if I kept the stock shock. Since I got it replaced and dialed in, I no longer need to change it to 55's.

Yes, those stock dunlops are so disappointing. They lasted me for 5000 miles then switched to PP 2ct. Much more comfortable, better grip and long life. I’m about to switch to the power 5 after 11000 miles!

@@アロハガイ Great choice! Can’t go wrong with the pilot powers.

I have a 2023 plate and only got 2000miles out them, i'll be changing out the michelins also

@colinbissett5308 You got less than i did. Yours came with the dunlops too? The michelins are awesome!

@JRDNGIXX exact same roadsport 2s. Everybody else in my group has switched to michelins also 👌

Hello - I live in So. Cal and noticed you're a Cali guy also. I'm interested in knowing who makes your windscreen and perhaps where you got it. Have the same bike and have made some mods as well. Thanks for your time!! Rick.

Hey Rick, it's from S2 concepts.

Love that bike! It's crazy how quick the tires worn. You must be hauling and riding hard at all times lol. The power Please do let us know your thoughts after riding on those 🤘

Thanks for watching. Yeah, we do "spirited riding" 😅 but still, the tires just didn't hold up. I'll definitely try and post a follow-up on my thoughts about the difference of these tires.

I’m not happy with my Power 5 in terms of lean. Terrible feedback and I don’t feel confident on the curves. The rest pretty decent. The Roadsport 2 for 3000ml is not too bad. How was the performance in general?
@JRDNGIXX3 ай бұрын
@lakkchina Oh, that's interesting because I felt that with the roadsports as well as slides in the lean with even the minimal wet patches on the road. On the other hand, the michelins have been the exact opposite for me since the PP2's, and these also have excellent feedback, grip, comfort, and smoothness in comparison. I don't know, maybe it's a personal preference getting used to a certain brand over the years? At one point, I even tried the Q3's, and it was horrible in feedback for me compared to michelins while everyone online was pretty much loving them 🤷

@@JRDNGIXX I’m a heavy big guy. Maybe that’s why. Probably I should stick with Sport Touring tires.
@JRDNGIXX3 ай бұрын
@lakkchina maybe that plays a role in certain tire feedback. I'm way under 200 lbs, and they work for me. However, the OEM suspension was awful as it was too harsh, regardless of adjustments, which i had to upgrade. Would've been much better for someone over 200+ lbs
@guillesanchez88167 ай бұрын
your rebound and compression is too fast so that is why the leading edge of the marks is more used than the back (sharp)...dunlops as they have hard carcass will help you more than soft carcass like michelin...try to adjust the suspension :)
@JRDNGIXX7 ай бұрын
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. The suspension was fully dialed in with my geared weight at 500 miles by suspension gurus. Still, the tires overall were just horrendous
@guillesanchez88166 ай бұрын
@@JRDNGIXX I just bought the RoadSport 2 for my CBR650, let's see how they behave. What did you feel? why didn't you like them? the uneven wear in the tyre is the suspension and the tyre pressure, you can adjust that yourself, reduce rebound if the front part is lower than the back (and viceversa). What pressure were you running, running the official 2,5 -2,9 is never good, always lower helps traction and grip
@JRDNGIXX6 ай бұрын
@guillesanchez8816 on a lighter and smaller cc bike, they might possibly perform better. My suspension was dialed in since the beginning. Tire pressure? I never run the recommended since mostly it's spirited riding in the twisties. 32psi front and 33 rear is my go-to for grip vs. wear vs. handling. Good luck with the rubbers..keep that side down
