LANACHAPEL - I am a direct descendant of Rory McQuillen, Lord of the Route, who was quote as saying, “No Captain of the McQuillen Clan ever died in bed.” The family crest is a gold wolf on red and the family motto is (no kidding) “Death Before Dishonor. The first McQuillen to arrive in America was Teague McQuillen and he arrived at Jamestown, Virginia, in 1635.
