Just read the review of your customer and make what is suggested, make your restaurant 5 star or 4.5+ to have high income, help your workers do their works specially chefs and last, don't make your employee hapiness go down, their happiness are related to their working speed so you can close your restaurant for a lil and do open again, also its nice to have pet they do increase your income
