That’s because most people are surface people. They can only understand but so much and they only allow themselves to see but so much. I think a lot of people can only see and hear Eminem when it comes to NF, as if he’s the only one that can do it but he’s not. Not to take away from his talent and certainly not to diminish NF’s talent. Those small minded people need to expand their perception.

Just know that those black balloons represent his burdens that he always carries with him. Go back to the beginning and react to Intro and Mansion and All I Have. The thing about NF is his videos connect like short films or chapters in a book. He’s telling a story from song to song and album to album and many of them have Easter eggs and call backs and always watch until the end because you never know what he may drop in the last few seconds. Like when you did The Search, you paused it before the final scene which actually sets up for Leave Me Alone.

Appreciate your reaction. I myself found him in the last 2-3 years and fell in the rabbit hole. But it's been a great time. He has so much great music with real lyrics. So hopefully you keep enjoying the music. I have now been to one live show and it was really fun concert. I now have 2 more shows ready for next year. He is just a very talented guy that has a deep catalog. He talks about his life and mental health, but as you go from the mansion album to the new Hope album you van see his constant improvement in his craft as well as his growth in his own life.

The Search and Leave Me Alone is on the album The Search I recommend Change which is the song after this and on the journey Mansion, How Could You Leave Us and Nate are important songs there a must on the journey! Strongly recommend that you do the journey. All his songs are connected and it means a lot more of you do them in order from the beginning. Here is a minimalist list . If you just want to listen to straight gas then I would recommend Paid My Dues and or When I Grow Up next. You should definitely check out all his tracks and go on the journey. His songs typically relate and go off each other. Not sure if someone mentioned on the last one but the balloons represent his burdens/fears/etc
