Normally I find that the issues in Pakistan are quite similar to India. But unregistered motorbikes are unimaginable in India. I was amazed to hear that people are riding unregistered motorbikes. In India, you can only take a motorbike outside the showroom after you have insurance sign the registration papers, and the registration is applied by the showroom on the customer's behalf. Pakistan should employ the same rules and this problem can be solved easily.
