Dear Pa Junaid, Greetings! When you commented about Musharaf and said that the case is in the court and court would make the decision, you were very right but rather naive. You must understand that the case is concocted and should not have been in the court in the first place. The former chief justice decided in some court proceedings where Musharraf was not present that Musharraf is the only person responsible for the emergency and then continuously perused three governments and any member of the public to lodge the case in the court for prosecution. It is the government responsibility to bring such cases to the court. But now government is taking the stand that it is simply following the court's orders and has no responsibility in bringing the case to the court. Both court and the government are using each others shoulder to fire. Why they are doing this? I ask you just one thing, when things go wrong do you just stand and watch because to put things right you would have to break SOP or you would jump into action to correct the things? What does your religion teach you? Isn't it to take action by hand, within your sphere of influence, if this is not possible, to talk about it, if that too is not possible to at least feel in your heart that some action was required which you couldn't take. If you are a leader, you would take action even if it against rules and regulations. Laws are made for human beings and are changeable, human beings are not made for law. Humans do not worship law, Humans worship the Law-Giver of the universe. Musharraf is given no choice. He is being forced, coaxed, dared, shamed so that he just appears in the court which has already passed the judgement on him. Once Musharraf appears in the court. He will be charged and forthwith convicted. This has all been prejudged! Is this fair? That too by the judicial system? This frivolous and nonsensical activity is nothing but malice and vindictiveness. People of some understanding in Pakistan should not allow themselves to be taken for a ride by those who hind behind the law, to indulge in unlawful activities and hang those who apparently seem to have broken some rules. These legalistic people crucified Jesus, the Messenger of God. What for? Only because he was trying to make humans out of manimals? Watch these people who are bent upon doing this, their dispositions do not remind you of God! You are a decent, man of understanding and knowledge. You do not have to agree with me but please use your intelligence to properly and objectively evaluate and assess the situation. This is called Iman. Allah demands this one thing, IMAN, from you and from all human beings and the second thing He demands from us is to become responsible and own our performance, our actions and our in-actions.
