Another question: about Haqq Mahar.... what is the purpose of this and how should both husband and wife decid3 what is a fair amount.... additionally given the divorce rate these days, should that possibility will be considered when deciding how much haqq mahar. Please also add this situation where one person is getting married for the POSSIBLE chance 9f getting a greencard... since they do not and will not reveal this before marriage, should 5he other party consider the amount of haqq mahR keeping this in mind as well
