DUO`s Factory - Inside the manufacturing process of lures

In the part two of our "Production" series, we stayed "inside" our factory and introduced all the stages included in the making of a lure after the plastic bodies are finished. This includes taping, water testing, painting, printing and quality check.

Or not even repaint them. After a few fish, my crankbaits always have tooth scratches on them... and work just as well as when new. Oh well.

I love duo tried couple of lures of other brand but they are not so efficient in my cases you will see duo slim flyer balzin Saira malice riuki my complain as a big fun of duo is 1 DUO do something about tremble hooks they rust ridiculously easy even when I stop fishing and wash them immediately duo are most expensive lures I understand I pay quality and your colors are no match but really hooks are terrible plus in balzin mostly hooks after some fishing time destroy the color of the lure I hope you notice me

Im somewhat new to duo but in the few months of fishing water in the mid 30s to lower 40s the action on the 77 rozante and the 80 minnow are hard to beat IMO. I use MegaBass and Luckycraft to which I love both, however the rozante catches fish when the pointers and 110 not. I just wish duo were more readily available in more colors. Great product at a decent price. Hooks are sticky but a little weak. I change all mine out anyway. Thanks for a great product

Well, at least these baits are made in Japan at reasonable price. On the other hand, all American lures are made in China with low quality material and labors.
