Hey Du’o’ng, how are you and the children doing? Noticed Be not there today, is she okay? Hope nothing bad has happened. What a miserable day to have to work in, especially with a baby. That rain was fairly heavy and opening the pond would not have been pleasant. You did catch quite a variety fish species and a large quantity of them. I was curious as to how you were going preserve them and in what type of container. The earthenware urn , filling it with the fish, covered with a dong leaf, then sealed airtight with a thick layer of clay. Very traditional and ancient method for preserving. You eat the catfish’s whiskers? Why don’t you skin that catfish and then filet it instead of cutting it into whole chunks ? You would enjoy eating it better than the way you are doing it. If you want 1 or 2 fish to cook, do you open the vat to get the fish? That is an awful lot of trouble to go through for 2 fish!!!
