Dupe will exist forever since valve are not small company anymore, they take to the job any trash people from any countries, you just can't imagine how many valve employees actually dupe different items, it's not about CS only, they can create a gifts from removed games which costs thousands of bucks, pre-order bonuses, etc. It was so funny when scammer stole my $500 inventory and support just threw up their hands, because I'm a noname user. They will help you 100% if your friend/relative/cousin/neighbour works there.

Forgery means you create something very similar that it looks almost the same or the same. With the stickers you literally have one and because of the process you have 2 of the same. If the item had any type of id, they would be the same ids as it´s THE SAME item. And when you apply them on a weapon in few years nobody will even realize it. Back when duping was a thing people duped dragon lores and stuff and the items had the exact same floats because of it and years later you still know it´s a duplicate.

Because there’s a lot more to the game than ranked. Reguardless, as long as you have paid version with a high trust factor then you play against cheaters. 800 hours into cs2 alone not even csgo and I’ve only ran into like 3, only 1 of which was in a wingman match. Not to mention faceit which is essentially the new competitive anyways, dumb that we even have to use something 3rd party, but that’s fine with me not a big deal. Deathmatch, arms race, dm/retake/kz/bhop/surf/1v1s or duels/awp only/pistol only, all absolutely amazing community server stuff which I never find cheaters in. It’s not as bad as people think.
