At 1:07:26 when they mentioned a staff in the swamp, the person who mentioned it was probably talking about the meteorite staff, which I mentioned in the previous vid in commentland that it is really good because it boosts gravity damage and a gravity spell is nearby which lets you throw three boulders at people, also I can’t stop replaying 2:10:09 🤣

It also starts with S scaling in intelligence, so it is a great option clear up until the late game

I love that you guys are playing one of my favorite games. Your levels won't be identical because you can lose runes when you die, also the runes you pick up and use can throw things off as well. The Meteorite staff is one of the best early game staffs. It can be found in some ruins in the rot swamp in Caelid. It boosts the effect of Gravity magic, and the best gravity magic is also found in those ruins. The staff can't be upgraded but the best staffs in the game need to be at least +7 before they surpass it, so it starts out absurdly strong.

Jazzy, idk if you ever read this comment because this video was 3 weeks ago and i thought someone must have given you this tip already but seeing you still asking in this video about why can't you enchant your sword/daggers? because the dagger you're using is a "special" weapon type, like npc's or boss's weapons, these weapons can't be using enchantment at all, unlike normal weapons (like the sword Ash is using, he easily can do it). You can tell if a weapon is a special or not by looking at what it's using to upgrade. If it uses Smithing Stone then it's normal, if it uses Somber Stone then it's unique. It's very rare that a special weapon be able to use enchantment but some actually able to, yours just can't. I hope this helps!!

Ash, the armor only affects "Damage Negation" so it doesn't really matter what you put on

The two questions about the Human headed cat (Sphinx) is, will the head be shrunk to fit a cat's proportions or will the cat body be enlarged (mountain cat?) to suit the human's proportions? Secondly and more importantly! Will the head age in cat years so it starts off as a baby head & in a year maybe is a kid/teen head & then like in 8-10 years you have a grandpa/grandma headed cat roaming around? Because seeing them age so fast would be so unsettling

double jumping does nothing the only thing that matters for fall damage is the height you leave the ground at vs the height you land at. for more details: if you fall 20 or more height units you die instantly. if you fall between 16-20 height units you take damage. if you fall less than 16 height units you will be fine. what are height units? how do you measure them from the top of a cliff to see if its safe? i have no idea. one last thing, if you fall for longer than 7 seconds you die, bosses also obey this rule, ive killed general radahn by glitching him to float once

Sorry but I have to defend souls games here , but before eldenring there wasn't much around fingers or feet in terms of lore or gods it was based more on the original fire being rekindled or it slowly dying.
