Hello to you, to install any steam inventory items . The first step is redeeming them. Head to your World of Trucks, and redeem them. Open steam ( with the game closed ) and give it a few seconds for them to download. Launch your game , and visit a service station. While there ,choose the interior truck configuration. For the pennants, add them on your windscreen, and for the sculpture, you can place it on your dashboard table.
