While formatting charts, it is not necessary to do it manually for each individual chart, as we can replicate it all. Step 1: Perform the desired formatting for one chart, such as fill coloring, font size, and font type. Step 2: Simply copy and paste the chart. Step 3: Click on the bars of the bar chart, then go to the "Chart Design" section, which will appear on the ribbon upon clicking the bars. Step 4: After clicking "Chart Design," you will find the "Select Data" option. Click on it. Step 5: A dialogue box will pop up after clicking "Select Data." At the top, locate "Chart Data Range" and remove any previous references in the chart data range. Step 6: To add the years reference, drag it on with the mouse, then press and hold the "Ctrl key" while adding data such as net profit, etc. Finally, press enter.
