Boy I wish you were my doctor. I have this, but not severe, just two lumps in the middle, and they don’t affect my fingers at all. My doctor didn’t even recommend injections, she went right to the surgery. I really am thinking of backing out.

I developed a "trigger finger" of my ring finger. It is worse in the morning when I got up bt gets better as the day progresses. I was told that it is due to Carpal Tunnel syndrome. I don't want surgery and exercise it mostly. Thank you, this was a very good presentation.

I do believe has to do with carpal tunnel syndrome. I got a lump in the middle of my diddle finger out of the blue. I developed CTS about 22 years ago. but I am an avid reader and research natural life style like, nutrition , exercise, high doses of Vit C and B6 etc. So far the CTS disappear. And about a year ago I develop this lump but I have no problems stretching " my hand flat in the table. "

Hi, I have the early stages of this disease. Although there’s no curling of the two outermost fingers yet, is it advisable to seek treatment sooner than later ?

Carpal Tunnel, Dupuytren's Contracture and Trigger Finger are all unique condtions that have their own treatments.

Thanks for responding. .I have it in both hands. I also suffer from arthritis, rheumatic fever.and asthma. It's in my small pinkie and middle finger which is unable to open..both hands..it's now more than 6 years. .doctor just want to operate and can't guarantee 100 per cent. .recovery. .my age 59.
