Something to remember In some far off time When you get that lonely Shine in your eyes Trees and lovers Ever wonder why When everything starts breaking down They're reaching for the sky You are forever All I understand I hope forever Here within my hands Picking through the pieces And what do you have at all? Just the danger of relying on Those who'd let you fall So you try, try much harder Until the truth is drawn The very thing you've been searching for Has been yours all along We are forever All we understand This is forever Here within our hands We are forever All we understand This is forever Here within our hands In the end to you my friend It's you I got to know Ain't no going back now Even if I could I wouldn't change a think I'd do it all over Just a minute now and breath a little deeper All these moments of our lives At a flickering of an endless sea We are ripples with a salt in the rainbow We are forever All we understand This is forever Here within our hands We are forever All we understand (Fade...)

This is fantastic! Agree with the other comments ...many of Duran's best songs never make the albums, or they are never promoted as singles. This and Beautiful Colors are among my favorites from the last 20 years! She's Too Much from RCM is another gorgeous jewel of a song. I wish Andy could have been happy with them. In a lot of these photos he's just kind of glaring, or stone-faced, while the rest of them are smiling and excited. I don't know if that was just due to his persona "on camera" or because he was already unhappy. But it makes me a little bit sad.

would every 1 please STOP pushing the myth the band was never the same w/ o Andy ; his best days ,including POWERSTATION are LONG GONE ; if he was so great , @ the least he would be the "high profile guitar tech in the town he resides in, and @ best he would have had a successful solo career and / or formed joined another band or two, the way John did ...he was an arthritic, doped up shadow of himself on the reunion tour, and he has the nerve to criticize the music. that hes living off off (the royalties from the back catalog ) ...if people knew better when it comes 2 the facts they would be saying Warren Cucurullo sparked the band in the post Andy / Roger era , making a significant contribution 2 TWICE as MANY albums as ANDY (7) and damn good ones might i add ; the records the "so called" Duranies / super fans never listened to , including " Liberty and " Medazzaland, the latter a record John partially played on becore he left 2 pursue solo mzterial...Warren also plays mad bass as well as all the guitars on this record ; a tremendously gifted, under ~ appreciated , a wrongfully fired guitarist in the wake of the reunion ; as much as i love these cats, that was ....WRONG ; they could have fone the reunion as a 5+1 and enlightened the audience on how much Warren contributed, and that he is AS MUCH an ORIGINAL MEMBER as the others ; and in a "perfect world , Dom Brown , though he is adequate and good, he dosent have the rhythmic & creative chemistry that he and John had ; therefore Warrren should be "re ~ hired ; but who am I to criticize ; im just a dumb BLACK AMERICAN dude who dosent know anything about UK New Wave Funk ; my only claim 2 fame has been following every move of these "under ~ rated legends" since the day i heard those crucial & throbbing bass lines of " New Religion " from a friends car stereo way back in 1984, a year or 2 after "Rio " had hit in North America .....

i know u mean well, but the biggest myth is that Duran isnt the same w/ o Andy ; granted , he was a key ingredient early on, but Warren Cucurullo came in and significantly contributed to TWICE as MANY records as Andy, recordsxa lot of "so called " Duranies have never listened to , like " Liberty and " Medazzaland" 2 name 2, and...he shouldnt have been booted out when they reunited ; they could have done it w/ the 5 + 1 ; hes as original a member given his tenure in the band, as Andy or Roger ...also, if Andy was so great he would have had a solo career and/ or new band to back it up ...its ok to retire, help kids by being the "high profile " guitar instructor which he's. never done, primarily because hes been dking his drugs and living off royalties of the Duran "back catalog, a catalog he often criticized ..when he did return, he was a former shadow of the man who was so good on POWERSTATION, so hes not as needed as some would think ; what should happen is 4 Warren to be "re ~ hired 2 replace Dom Brown, who is good, but really dosent gel w/ John rhythmically as Warren did ...but who am i to criticize ; im just a dumb black American guy whose claim 2 fame has been following every move these "under ~appreciated "legends have made since i heard those throbbing and crucial bass lines of " New Religion " from a friends car stereo back in 1984 ....

Think longevity of a band and $$$$$. Got to keep classic forgotten songs held back sometimes as well as the odd secret album (Reportage) for one day in the future....:-)
