Awesome trip down memory lane, thank you. Spent many many years bodyboarding snake park and bays. Looking forward to seeing how its changed. I do think though that mini town should have stayed, but rent and leases pressure sucks. Also the fun park, same sad feelings come to mind as when waterworld closed down, that was the first domino here.

Surely their are more important things that need to beooked at before wasting money on something that does not need upgrading, for starters rectify the sewerage plants so that people can swim in clean surf and not get sick, there are too many other issues to mention

I would love some advice on safety, is it okay to take my phone out in places? I'm Pakistani so I do love me some good food where would you recommend? and my last question is where should I do my shopping for branded clothes or is it not even worth it?

Hi great to hear that you are visiting. I would say in all cases to be aware of your surroundings. Its not like its always dangerous but be cautious. There are so many places to go for good food. Try Florida road, there are a lot of good restaurants there. In terms of shopping stick to major malls. I'm not sure exactly where you're going to be staying when you come but try google to find a big mall nearby.
