🔔 dureup side dish. (1T = rice spoon)
400g dureup, 1/2 onion (90g), Saeu-jeot (salted shrimp) 1T (20g), rice 1T, kelp water 50ml, minced garlic 1/2T (5g), red pepper powder 4T (35g), myeolchi aekjeot 5T, 1T oligosaccharide, 1T sesame oil, 1T sesame seeds, 1T salt.

1. Wash after cleaning the dureup.
2. Add 1T of salt and dureup to boiling water and blanch.
3. Rinse in cold water and squeeze out the water.
4. Place in a sieve and leave for 2 hours.
5. Add 1/2 onion (90g), Saeu-jeot (salted shrimp) 1T (20g), rice 1T, and kelp water 50ml to the blender.
6. Mix the ground ingredients, 1/2T (5g) minced garlic, 4T (35g) red pepper powder, 5T myeolchi aekjeot, 1T oligosaccharide, 1T sesame oil, and 1T sesame seeds.
7. Apply seasoning to the dureup.
8. Put it in a container, store it in the refrigerator, and eat it.
