Dear Sir, I am currently undergoing training in Boiler Attendant (Mechanical) under your board (BOPTER) at IOCL Bongaigaon Refinery. Recently, my batchmates incounter an issue regarding the endorsement of their training certificates. The Boiler Inspector Assam has raised concerns that the certificate should explicitly state Training in Boiler instead of "Training as Bachelor of science". Due to this, the certificate have not met the required endorsement criteria. As my trainning period is still ongoing, I kindly request your guidance on ensuring that such discrepancies do not arise with my certificate in the future because, I am also registered on the same portal as my Batchmates who recently face the issue . Therefore, I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and provide us with the correct certificates containing the statement "Training in Boiler." This is a matter of great importance for our future. Thank you for your attention to this matter
