First time watching this, why are they going for 3 bull and not treble 20? Just curios

In soft tip darts (Dartslive), the single bull (S-bull) and double bull (D-Bull) are both 50 points so it's better to go for bull since it has larger surface area than treble 20. But yea in some matches you will see players go for treble 20s when they need to catch up the opponent.

this dartboards have bigger treble and double segments, but is the radius of the entire dartboard the same as PDC?

Yes mate same radius, however they stand farther back at 8ft
