Could almost be early 90s again. Hints of Hardkiss, Future Sound of London, Orbital. Even a soupçon of LTJ Bukem. Damn the Dusky boys mix a fine blend of my nostalgia.

He also released material under the moniker, God Within. Few to get you started… God Within - The Phoenix (Throw Your Guns). Bit of stretch I think. Like the tracks on this album but very different from what you mentioned, in both content and production styles.
