@@kristinab1078 I am pretty sure hypocalcemia doesn’t contribute to his appearance though. I don’t want to be rude and speculate or armchair diagnose but his physical features do look like someone with Cushing’s syndrome. If you look up the common symptoms he does have several of them: Some common symptoms include weight gain, a fatty hump between the shoulders, a rounded face, and pink or purple stretch marks on the skin.
