Insanity can use blasters, he just prefers not to, he mainly uses blasters if he gets annoyed at the person he's fighting or is panicking.

Dust's human is heavily experienced, if insanity were to go toe to toe with Dust's frisk he ll lose, infact there has never been an ending where dust loses, but there is for insanity.

Because Dust is smarter then insanity and use his attacks more smart and precise unlike insanity who just attack anything he see with full force
