The Endless summer is one of my favorite documentaries ever. Absolutely loved Bruce’s voice/narration. Paired with the music and amazing surf footage, it just captures the simplicity of a time long gone from today.

I love this movie and I’m not even into surfing. It’s more about the innocence of the time.

Thank you for this wonderful video and the respect you have shown to this amazing soul who has done so much for surfing - not to mention humanity. I have no doubt Bruce is filming and riding the waves in the skies above. And truly, he will be in our hearts forever.

Saw The Endless Summer three times when it came out in the 1960s and more than fifty since. Never grows to me!

Classic. I was 12 and my mom drove my grom mates and I to Santa Barbara High School January 1965 to see "Endless Summer". Bruce did the narration live and in person.

My fourth grade friend Torger Johnson (RIP) was part of the Hobie Skateboard team (also a great surfer). They skated at Paul Revere Junior High. This led to "Dog Town".

I certainly hope you folks are allowed to release more skateboards again soon. Been collecting Endless Summer stuff and would like to add a longboard skateboard to my collection. I hope I don't have to wait for the 60th anniversary. Very nice interview, guys.

I miss surfing. I moved back east a number of years. I used to surf fun surf fun surf spots in the Ventura/Oxnard area north to Santa Barbara. I'm sad to report the perfect wave near Cape St. Francis featured in the "Endless Summer" was ruined by development.

Interesting music comment from Bruce. Most surfers from that era (early 60s) hated the booming surf music bands at that time. They felt it was cheesy music which catered to the masses. They loved jazz an r & b.
