Dustin Latimer in "Quality" - Best Rollerblading Tricks

This is my favourite era of Latimer. Apart from Dion Antony and Jon Julio I don't know of anyone who has such a relaxed confidence and finesse on wheeled shoes. I've always thought there should be a section of all this stuff online... So I selfishly made one for all of us to enjoy and be inspired by.
Quality is an underrated DVD (By JB Snyder and Dustin Latimer) and I hope this gets more people to check it out along with Latimer's section in Lonnie's 'Feet' (filmed in the same era.) Special guest Sagona doing a wheelybird in Xsjados.

Latimer and Sagona pretty much wrote the book on style imo. Instantly recognizable the moment they push off. Legends of the sport and I truly hope them and all the early innovators are living well. Blader for life despite not being able to participate any longer.

I skated with DL, Spizer, Julio, and Zamora back in 2001 when they were on the USD tour in San Antonio Texas. Craziest moment of my life. So fun.

I remember about the same year they came through Illinois, I skated a handrail with their whole crew. I think it was DL, Rachard, Petty, Abdiel, Jess D (filming), and a couple others I might be forgetting. It was totally more intense than being star struck for me because Abdiel gave me pointers on how to farv the handrail when I'd only ever done them in park or on ledges at that point, and it worked for me from then on. I was doing souls and maybe a couple more tech tricks than that while Petty and Latimer were fastliding the rail and the others did insane truespins.

fuck me its so good to see dustin latimer skating again. i watched brain fear gone and coup de tat until the tapes died and that huge run at the end was inspiring to me as a kid. i owned his psirus and two pairs of his first xsjado pro skate. truly an idol for me and so many other skaters. great work man and if you ever see this comment you are a legend!
