Dusting Off the '72 Sno Jet For a Christmas Rip

It actually snowed on Christmas day, and to celebrate such an occasion the old Sno Jet was drafted back into service. This has been sitting around for a couple years doing nothing, and with a little work she was back up and running.

Got 4 feet in one storm last week, today it’s 50 and raining and it’s all melted. Luckily I got a ride in on Wednesday, the 99 XC 500 went well but my 75 Moto Ski Nuvik once again lost spark on one side.

You got the same system I got at my inlaws, 8 hrs south west of you in VA. I have been ripping it up but of course having to make a few little repairs too. :) We got about 6 inches, ground isn't froze and it will be gone in a day or two but by then I'll be back to work in Georgia.

First shake down cruise of the season: Always with no gloves, no hat (or helmet), wrong shoes and with pants that ain't waterproof (so a soggy bottom and cold hands are almost guarantied)... Cause - "I wasn't gonna drive it, I was just gonna start it up, let it get up to temp and and check some stuff"...😁
