Here's a fun fact about the old!dusttrust Game. - In Phase 4, it was gonna be so difficult to the point you probably can't even beat it first try or no hit. But, they wanted to add a feature where If you either no hit or beat it first try then you can beat sans and get a different cutscene instead of the "sans won and broke the barrier" cutscene.

(reposting from average sans fangame difficulty video) i've been thinking about it for a while, and i just realized a one minute video is equal to 1.8 million words, and potentially more so on with that in knowledge, fighting dusttrust sans feels like numerous things: > modded character with overexaggerated movesets in smash brawl (that masterofhyrule had demonstrated) > script kiddie in roblox script games who spams using neptunian v, star glitcher, chara, etc > cheapie in mugen who just gains an unfair advantage towards you and gives potential seizures just because "they're cool to look at" > average lunatic extra boss in touhou > radiance tier 10 prime soul in ultrakill that needs no explanation > brutal ex mod in pvz that essentially requires luck (and hasn't been playtested that much) > perfecting made of fire in stepmania > an anime protagonist with plot armor like kirito from sword art online so.. if you think about it for a second, dusttrust feels like all of these above, and meets these certifications > overexaggerated fight > most sans like this LOVE to go out of character and spam gaster blasters, slash, etc > they have a stupid amount of advantage towards you, while you only have vanilla stuff like the real knife AND items in general; oh and they also give the user a headache at phase 3 > bullet hell, need i say more? > in fdy's games, they're essentially impossible for a casual player to do, which is why there's a noob mode (which is practically insulting tbh) > some attacks are just filled with rng in general, and in addition to attacks being ridiculous; they look like they haven't been playtested much as well > you HAVE to practice to get a no-hit in some of their attacks > even after all of this, sans wins in the end because "haha you don't deserve it" it really just shows how the devs didn't think of the consequences when making dusttrust, because HOLY HELL they did not need to make it blatantly stupid because now they're gonna think fangame creators have gone too far with how they handled sans

So swap paps tried to do a dusttale run to over power the human but sans/blue tried to convince gim to change, he didntn listen leading to sans killing him and becoming mad bc of the lv. He continued his brothers job and waited the humanat the now destroyed judgement hall. Talks to the human and fights the human. *insert here fight * He gets tired and drops his swords, the human hits him but bc of sans high df and hp he didnt die. Second phase begins with sans using a sword very fast and angrilly to kill the human. The sword runs out of power and turns to blank color, bc of it he could no longer parry and got hit again. This time he died but dt he got from alphys(the undyne in underswap) and revived we can also see the halucinations of dust swap paps and they turned this into a game show of sorts with the only goal being the humans death. The batle continues with sans becoming angrier and more determined to kill the human till the point he starts melting, the halucination stops and realizes the melting he runs to the human souls to gain theyr power and not die but human reachs sans and slashes but bc hes almost all melted it as low effect he doges the human slashes and they hit the containers after that sans absorbs the human souls and the game restarts, connection to river person or gaster of this au just as his dialogue in 1st phase says, buy the intro cutscene nevers metions swap paps in the image that would show blue sans vs dust swap paps it actually says 'WAS IT WORTH IT?' cut to a image of sans getting progressive darker and more sinister, till he has a smile and says 'IM THE TRUE HERO OF THIS WORLD', an error hapens and says to the player the game and never come back, if you do you fight sans with the six souls, the human dies and sans collects his soul to break thee barrier but bc he had no longer the power of the souls he begins melting and dusts after seeing for the first time the sun we also a halucinnation of normal swap paps at his side.
