As much as Juwan Howard was the stupidest choice ever for a basketball coach, May was a great choice. I'm still curious what MSU has lined up when Izzo retires. Honestly I hate outsiders, but it's better than getting a loser alum, like Howard.

Loser? Made the Final 4 two years in a row. The first player to sign a $100 million contract in NBA history. Long NBA career. D-1 NCAA coach NBA coach Successful wife and kids. Sounds like a winner to me.

@ytsparty Clearly you have beef with Howard. I’ll accept your back handed compliment on our hire, but won’t bother joining in your petty comments since Jace plays for Michigan. Don’t care who coaches sparty as Dusty May has been to the FF more recently and is ours now. Go Blue!

@@dkay32 Howard was a disaster on many levels. The first obvious one was bringing back the dirty Fab Five after Belein did such a wonderful job pulling Michigan Basketball out of the toilet. Then to see Howard punch one coach, threaten another coach, then drag the program down. He was a horrible choice. May is a clean break and a solid coach like Belein.
